Here is a simple, quick, gluten free (optional) and vegan recipe.
Either chia seeds or flax eggs, however I used two thirds of a cup of coconut oil and a splash of almond milk
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Two thirds of a cup of regular or brown sugar
Gluten free flour (optional, otherwise use all purpose flour)
4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of salt
Walnuts or vegan chocolate or both!
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees c (350 degrees F)
- Begin to mash the bananas, and start to combine the sugar, coconut oil and vanilla essence.
- Add in your dry ingredients and place into the oven for 40-45 minutes.
